Terms of Use – AI Smart Match Explainer

1. The short version

AI Smart Match Explainer is a football companion app. It tells stories about matches; it does not make guarantees about the future, and it is not a betting advisor or financial product. By using the app, you agree to treat its output as helpful commentary, not as instructions.

2. Who provides the app

The app is operated by Arda Trend Ltd, with development led by Mustafa Kemal Ucar. When these terms mention “we”, “our” or “us”, they refer to this entity.

3. Your relationship with the app

By installing or using AI Smart Match Explainer, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and by any additional rules presented in the app store listing or inside the app. If you do not agree, please uninstall the app and do not continue using it.

You must be old enough in your country to enter into a basic agreement like this with us. If you are not, you should only use the app with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

4. What the app does (and does not do)

The app uses text-based AI to transform match information and your questions into narrative explanations. It may highlight tactics, key moments, player roles and other insights that help you understand a result.

However:

It does not guarantee complete accuracy or perfect recall of every match event.
It does not offer betting tips or advice on how to spend money.
It does not replace coaches, scouts, journalists or professional analysts.

We may change features, add new ones, or remove parts of the app over time in order to keep improving the experience.

5. AI-generated content

Much of what you see in the app is produced with the help of modern text-generation systems. These systems are powerful, but they are also probabilistic: they can occasionally misunderstand context, repeat publicly known inaccuracies, or phrase things in surprising ways.

By using the app you accept that:

You are responsible for how you interpret and use AI-generated explanations.
You will not rely on the app for decisions that have legal, medical, financial or safety consequences.
You will not attempt to trick the AI into producing illegal or harmful content.

6. Third-party services (Singular & OneSignal)

To run the app responsibly we rely on a small number of third-party services:

Singular helps us understand, in an aggregated way, how people discover and use the app (for example, which features are opened most often).
OneSignal helps us send push notifications, if you choose to receive them, about product updates or match-related reminders.

These services use anonymous or pseudonymous identifiers (for example, a random ID linked to your installation) rather than your real-world identity. We do not use them to support in-app user-to-user messaging, because the app does not provide such messaging at all.

7. Your responsibilities

When you use AI Smart Match Explainer, you agree to:

Use the app only for lawful purposes.
Respect applicable intellectual property rights, including those of leagues, clubs and broadcasters.
Not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, overload or misuse the app or its infrastructure.

If you share text generated by the app on social media or elsewhere, you are responsible for how and where you share it.

8. No guarantees

The app is provided on an “as is” basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we do not make promises about uninterrupted availability, flawless accuracy, or suitability for a specific purpose.

Football, by nature, is unpredictable. The app interprets past matches; it does not know the future, and we cannot be held responsible for how you use its explanations in related activities such as discussions, content creation or betting.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to your use of the app is limited to the amount you paid for the app or in-app purchases during the twelve (12) months before the claim arose (if you paid anything at all).

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, such as lost profits, lost opportunities or reputational harm arising from the use or inability to use the app.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time, for example when adding new features or when laws change. When we do, we will adjust the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, highlight key changes in the app itself.

If you continue using the app after the new terms become effective, it means you accept the updated version.
